In-charge of all Administrative Sections The duties involve supervision, distribution, co-ordination of work, advising the staff with reference to rules & procedures. Dealing with legal cases filed by / & against the institute, tendering information to the institutes counsel for filling abjections and furnishing and adducing evidence in the court. He is authorized to sign and pass orders on all the Bills & Vouchers for payment with prior sanction / approval of the Director. He is authorized to operate bank accounts and other funds accounts related to the institute. Sanction annual increments to Group C & MTS Staff. Sanction of leave to all the staff except Group A. Sanction of advances and withdrawals from GPF/CPF except for himself & Director. Member of Management Review Meeting. Maintaining quality records of the department. Implement quality system as applicable to respective function. Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to.
