The incumbent shall be responsible for: • Provide support in Recruitment Processes. • Onboarding & Joining Process. • Documentation and Filing (Hard Copy & Soft Copies). • Maintaining and updating Employee Database. • Handling HRIS System, Employee Life Cycle (ELC), Transfers, Confirmations, Extensions, Exit Formalities etc. • Ensure Statutory Compliances of the Unit / Branch where placed. • Manage issues & matters pertaining to Employee / Industrial Relations which include dealing with trade Unions and related issues.
